How long does the process take?
The length of the process depends on the scope of the project and the speed at which you provide feedback and approve designs. Typically, our turnaround times are fast and we strive to complete projects as quickly as possible while still maintaining high-quality standards. E.g for a 5-page website, you can expect a turnaround of two weeks.
How many revisions can I get per project? Is there a limit?
There are no limits to project revisions. However, remember that projects will be worked on one at a time, so a project needs to be finalised / approved and the ticket needs to be closed before starting a new one. Multiple projects can be undertaken at an additional fee.
What is included in the unlimited graphic design and web development package?
Our unlimited graphic design and web development package includes an unlimited number of website updates and development. You get unlimited revisions on your projects, though the projects will be queued one item at a time.
How much does the package cost?
The package costs £650/month. This includes 1 dedicated designer and 1 dedicated account manager to work on your design/marketing projects. You get unlimited revisions on your projects, though the projects will be queued one item at a time.
What if I want to stop the engagement, how do I cancel?
This is easy! You can just message your assigned account manager to discontinue the engagement and we will process it right away. There are no pro-rated billings or refunds for all clients though, so the end date of the engagement will be the last paid date according to your contract.
